Dir, Innovative Enterprise Data Product Lead

Role: Senior leader responsible for enterprise data foundations within Data Products and Foundations, focusing on reference data, master data, metadata, and standards. Objectives: define and execute product strategy to enhance data trust, consistency, discoverability, interoperability, and AI-readiness. Responsibilities: own product lifecycle management, embed business meaning and standards into data products, collaborate with Data Enablement Organization (DEO), prioritize high-value capabilities, drive adoption, establish governance routines, and measure value. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in pharma, healthcare, or data domains, with at least 5 years in reference/master data, metadata management, or data standards; proven experience in product vision, roadmap, and stakeholder engagement. High-Value: extensive domain expertise in data governance, semantic data models, standards, and AI-ready data platforms; experience partnering with cross-functional teams including analytics, technology, and business stakeholders; strong communication skills for senior-level engagement. Work setup: Remote (US-based), with 20% domestic/international travel; role reports to Executive Director, Innovative Data Offerings and Products.
