Digital Product Business Analyst

Role: Digital Product Business Analyst supporting Evolus' U.S. digital product portfolio. Objectives: translate business needs into detailed requirements, support product planning, delivery, and optimization across marketing, commercial, medical, and engineering functions. Responsibilities: gather and document requirements, create user stories, manage product backlog, coordinate testing and releases, support roadmap and portfolio governance, and monitor product performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; 4+ years in business analysis, digital product management, or product operations; experience with Agile/Scrum practices; strong stakeholder collaboration and technical translation skills. High-Value: healthcare/regulated industry experience preferred, familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, analytics, and design platforms. WorkSetup: hybrid Newport Beach (onsite Tues-Thurs). No travel specified.
