Role Summary

Digital Health Delivery Lead โ€” The role is responsible for implementing digital health and Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) strategies in the clinical operations portfolio, leading design and execution of digital health and remote solutions, and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Based at the Upper Providence site (Collegeville, PA) with 2-3 days on-site per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of digital health and remote solutions, including telemedicine, mobile health, eCOA, devices/sensors and eConsent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital health projects
  • Review and provide feedback on study materials to align with digital health strategy (study protocol, ICF, site and participant training materials, submission documents, study plans and technology specifications)
  • Participate in investigator meetings and CRA training sessions (travel may be required)
  • Oversee vendor services related to digital health to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identify and manage risks and issues at the study level to prevent impact on delivery
  • Stay updated with digital health regulations and incorporate into project plans
  • Engage in innovation sessions to introduce fresh solutions for challenges faced by study teams

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree in health science or relevant field
  • Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within drug development, particularly clinical study planning and implementation
  • Required: Experience providing operational support across global scientific and medical functions
  • Required: Experience with digital health technologies and their application in a clinical research setting
  • Preferred: Robust problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Preferred: Excellent management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Preferred: Strong software/computer skills, including MS Office
  • Preferred: Ability to manage external vendors, stakeholder management, and ability to influence and build consensus
  • Preferred: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
