Dermatopathologist

Role: Dermatopathologist responsible for diagnostic evaluation and sign-out of dermatology specimens. Objectives include ensuring accurate, timely testing results while maintaining compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards. Responsibilities involve specimen analysis, adherence to good laboratory practices, and providing expert consultation to clients and staff via various communication channels. Requirements: Medical degree from an accredited institution, Florida medical license, Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology or combined Anatomic & Clinical Pathology, subspecialty training, and certification in Dermatopathology. Preferred: Experience in high-volume hospital or large referral laboratory settings, strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
