The Position
The Territory Business Manager drives product awareness and utilization within a defined territory by developing relationships and partnering with physicians and relevant healthcare office stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals with clinically relevant information to exceed product goals while ensuring all legal and compliance regulations.
- Utilize marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue for total account management and outstanding customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.

Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- Strong customer service urgency.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrives in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

Location & Compensation
- Territory covers Corpus Christi, Texas Valley, San Antonio, and Austin; candidate should reside in the Valley or San Antonio.
- Compensation package includes a Sales Incentive Plan and a company car.
