Dermatology Territory Manager - San Antonio/Austin

The Position
The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization, working to achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives by developing relationships and partnering with physicians and relevant healthcare stakeholders within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Develop strong disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals with clinically relevant information to exceed product goals while ensuring legal and compliance regulations
- Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities
- Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Apply critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the healthcare environment and gain customer access
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
- Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales)
- Bachelorβs degree from a four-year college or university
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- Urgency and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the territory
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced environment
Territory
- Covers Corpus Christi, Texas Valley, San Antonio, and Austin; candidate should reside in the Texas Valley or San Antonio.
