Dermatology Territory Business Manager - Seattle North

Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring legal and compliance regulations.
- Utilize marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing health care environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage every member of a healthcare office and deliver customer service through total account management.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency and customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

- Territory covers Seattle North; selected candidate must be local.
- Compensation is flexible and includes a Sales Incentive Plan and a company car.
