The Position
The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization, achieving and exceeding overall sales initiatives by developing effective relationships and partnering with physicians and other relevant stakeholders within a defined territory.

Responsibilities
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while following legal and compliance regulations.
- Utilize marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- In a changing healthcare environment, use critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage with every member of a healthcare office and provide customer service through total account management.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency/customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
