Role Summary

Dermatology Territory Business Manager - Kansas City East. Responsible for driving product awareness and utilization within a defined territory, building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and achieving sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
  • Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
  • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while complying with regulations.
  • Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
  • Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
  • Sell in a changing healthcare environment, use critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain access to customers.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
  • Engage with every member of a healthcare office through patient-focused clinical dialogue and provide outstanding customer service via total account management.
  • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
  • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of two (2) years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Required: Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Required: Demonstrated sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
  • Required: High sense of urgency regarding customer service orientation.
  • Required: Ability to travel as required by the territory.
  • Required: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
