The Position
The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization, achieving and exceeding overall sales initiatives by developing effective relationships and partnering with physicians and healthcare office staff within a defined territory.

Responsibilities
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal and compliance regulations are met.
- Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue for total account management and outstanding customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.

Required Education/Experience/Skills
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and aptitude for learning.
- Strong urgency and customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.

Territory
Covers Baton Rouge, Lafayette, LA and Lake Charles, LA; candidate should be local to the territory.

Flexible compensation including a Sales Incentive Plan and a company car.
