Dermatology Territory Business Manager - Baton Rouge

The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization, achieving and exceeding overall sales initiatives by building relationships and partnering with physicians, working with staff and internal colleagues within a defined territory.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and follow all legal/compliance regulations.
- Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Apply critical thinking and a strategic mindset to sell in a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and in compliance at all times.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorβs degree from a four-year college/university.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
- Strong customer service urgency.
- Ability to travel as required by territory.
- Thrives in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
