Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to generate local insights, support pull-through efforts, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to address complex issues and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams; equivalent experience in complex sales environments is acceptable.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical/compliance leadership.
- Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license; ability to drive and/or fly.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling (commensurate with experience):
- Associate: leadership in US Military (4+ years) or limited prior sales experience.
- TAS: 2+ yearsโ€™ relevant specialty/healthcare or similar complex sales experience.
- Senior: 5+ years; Executive: 10+ years.
