Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored, effective solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver customer/access support and a seamless customer experience (incl. with Patient Specialty Services).
- Apply market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights; lead impactful customer engagements virtually or in person.
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex challenges urgently.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly structured complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years; Associate level: limited sales experience acceptable.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytical/problem-solving ability and ethical/compliance leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80% across the geography; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement; experience calling on HCPs.
