Role Summary

NP/PA Clinical Specialist in Dermatology for the North Florida territory. This role supports a new dermatology product to treat Psoriasis within the US Immunology Business, focusing on delivering patient-centered care and building a best-in-class Dermatology Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong Dermatology presence and education; ensure flawless execution and contribute to a winning culture.
  • Demand generation for the dermatology NP/PA target base.
  • Face-to-face calls with NP/PA influencers in the market (branded and unbranded).
  • Conduct in-office appointments as needed to meet the Derm NP/PA community needs.
  • Support NP/PA needs at congresses and gather insights for the dermatology community.
  • Collaborate with field teams to address customer needs and demonstrate value.
  • Coordinate with Territory Business Managers, District Business Managers, Regional Marketers, and other functions as applicable.
  • Uphold BMS values and integrity; ensure compliance and ethical practices.
  • Identify opportunities with a solution-focused mindset and drive innovation.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, optimize promotional budgets, and execute national sales/brand strategies in line with policies.
  • Analyze data to develop communication strategies and drive performance.
  • Develop and adjust Territory plans aligned with national plans; maintain and grow customer touchpoints.
  • Seek ways to build brand equity while ensuring legal/compliance adherence.
  • Model compliance and ensure team adherence to codes of conduct and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of in-practice NP/PA experience in injectable or biologic settings.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Past or current PA/NP certification required (not necessarily active to remain in role).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including some weekend conferences.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and governing rules/laws.
  • Understanding of payers, Medicare, and state Medicaid in the geography.
  • Immunology experience (Dermatology/Rheumatology/Gastroenterology).
  • Experience influencing others; industry experience; biologic or small molecule experience.
  • Working knowledge of the psoriasis market and regional market conditions; awareness of industry trends.
