Role Summary
Dermatology LCM Indications Lead located in Cambridge, MA. Accountable for the pre-launch development and execution of early global marketing strategies and initiatives to support the global launch of multiple immunology assets for the treatment of various Dermatology indications. The role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently with a strong execution focus and a global mindset, reporting to the Dermatology TA Head.
Responsibilities
- Early Global Brand development strategy and launch preparation 80%: Develop strategic input into Phase 2/3 developments for pre-identified indications, in tandem with Asset Strategy Leads/TA Heads
- Work with Global Development and Medical Affairs to ensure key TPPs are developed and Integrated Evidence Generation Planning is in place to support development
- Input into Sci Comms planning for publication strategy and brand awareness generation, and participate in execution of the Dermatology TA congress strategy
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to ensure continuity/tracking of progress and generate market insights
- Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to support development plans and establish amlitelimab as the future standard of care
- Work with Launch Excellence resources to optimize launch planning
- Prepare multichannel approaches to amplify the customer experience including digital strategy
- Coordinate with Strategy & Marketing Operations and agency partners to ensure planning, tracking and development of early brand plans
Qualifications
- Required: 5 or more years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Required: Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment
- Preferred: Pre-launch experience
- Preferred: Global marketing / biologics experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, MBA or other advanced degree
