What You Will Achieve
The Dermatology Health & Science Specialist is responsible for launching new products, deciding best strategies to manage business relationships, understanding formulary access, and engaging in product promotion within assigned accounts. Drives sales efforts and relationship development with assigned customers and accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
How You Will Achieve It
- Identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies; develop/adapt business and territory call plans.
- Build rapport across virtual and F2F environments; maintain methodical call objectives and documentation; use digital tools (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Office) and analytics.
- Deliver compliant, targeted messaging to drive product demand and provide insights for new approved messaging/resources.
- Educate providers on unbranded/branded value propositions using approved disease state information.
- Plan customer engagements in multiple formats; strategically deploy approved Pfizer resources (samples, vouchers, co-pay resources, patient education).
- Support patient access with information to HCPs on reimbursement, PAP, Pfizer hub programs, and co-pay resources.
- Present terms of sale/contract terms (approved language), answer on-label questions, and introduce customers to the Galaxy on-demand portal.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s OR associate’s (8+ years) OR high school diploma (10+ years).
- 3+ years pharmaceutical biotech or medical marketing/promotional/sales experience; leadership demonstrated in specialized market using third-party reimbursement/service center.
- History of marketing/promotional/sales success; strong territory management, communications, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
- Live within 50 miles of the territory; valid US driver’s license with compliant driving record (any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies).
Nice-to-Have
- 3–5 years specialty marketing/promotional/sales; strong disease/therapeutic area/product knowledge; deep knowledge of prescribers/HCPs/institutions; strategic account skills; data/analytical and project management skills.
Work/Travel
- Travel to accounts/office locations within territory; overnight as needed.

- Base salary: $101,500–$202,900; sales incentive bonus; 401(k) with Pfizer matching and retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision.
