What You Will Achieve
- Launch new dermatology products; determine best strategies to manage business relationships, formulary access, and product promotion within assigned accounts.
- Drive sales and develop relationships with assigned customers and accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Apply customer, market, and business acumen with strong product and disease-state knowledge; engage customers virtually and in-person using a systematic approach (e.g., clear agenda, next steps/follow-ups); use digital/virtual tools effectively.

How You Will Achieve It
- Identify and implement efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies; develop and execute business/territory call plans and adapt based on insights.
- Build rapport in virtual and F2F settings; maintain methodical call objectives (next steps, documentation, KPIs); use tools such as Veeva Engage, Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Office; leverage analytics for insights and next-best-action planning.
- Deliver compliant, targeted messaging using approved materials to drive product demand; provide insights to develop new approved product messaging and resources.
- Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions using approved disease-state information.
- Work with HCPs and direct office staff to plan engagements in multiple formats.
- Deploy approved Pfizer resources (samples, vouchers, co-pay resources, patient education) across virtual platforms; integrate management/Marketing/Strategy guidance and technical solutions into pre-call planning; optimize call environments and plan work based on schedules; collaborate with other customer-facing colleagues and Pfizer Connect.
- Support patient access by providing HCP information on reimbursement, Patient Assistant Program (PAP), Pfizer hub programs, and co-pay resources.
- Present terms of sale/contract terms with approved language; answer on-label questions; introduce customers to the Galaxy on-demand portal with targeted content.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree with 8+ years’ experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years’ relevant experience.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical biotech or medical marketing/promotional/sales experience; demonstrated leadership in a specialized market with third-party reimbursement/service center utilization.
- Proven marketing/promotional/sales success; strong territory management; outstanding communications; teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
- Live within 50 miles of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license; compliant driving record. DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.

Nice-to-Have
- 3–5 years specialty marketing/promotional/sales experience.
- Strong disease-state/therapeutic area/product knowledge.
- Deep knowledge of applicable customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Strategic account marketing/promotional/sales/management skills; superior relationship-building.
- Track record of assessing account needs; strong business acumen, problem solving, strategic thinking, data analytics, project management, and planning/prioritization.
- Ability to engage/influence/support customers; quick learner in rapidly changing environments; effective in a matrix environment.

Non-standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment Requirements
- Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
- Overnight stays as needed based on territory size and business needs.

Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $101,500–$202,900 (plus Sales Incentive bonus); initial training classification as salary non-exempt with overtime pay, then overtime exempt upon certification.
