Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set and manage KPIs and cadence of accountability.
- Model expectations and accountability; enable others to act; optimize processes by challenging the status quo.
- Monitor and mentor team members to orchestrate total account calls and coordinate resource deployment to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute a customer-centric business plan with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to improve customer experience and product demand.
- Partner with regional leadership to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Drive a customer-centric, high-performance culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of clinical, access and reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel marketing tools.
- Use analytics to identify risks/opportunities and ensure effective deployment of face-to-face meetings, omni-channel resources, total office calls, and cross-functional partners.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 2+ years as a first-line sales manager with strategic, enterprise mindset in pharma/biotech/healthcare or comparable complex sales environments.
- 2+ years experience; proven success attracting/developing/retaining diverse talent.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, lead cross-functional partnerships, and execute strategy in complex multi-regional environments.
- Experience leading field organizations through change/innovation/growth (highly valued).
- Reside within territory or within 100 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience leading teams supporting large practices, hospitals, IDNs, and Systems of Care with reimbursement understanding (outpatient and inpatient).
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary ranges: ABL I $145,600β$270,400; ABL II $160,300β$297,700; Senior ABL $176,400β$327,600.
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity awards (depending on level).
