About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team (Territory Account Specialists) to deliver strategic sales objectives; set accountability cadence and supervise KPIs.
- Model leadership by setting clear expectations, enabling others to act, and improving processes.
- Monitor and mentor Territory Account Specialists to orchestrate total account calls and deploy resources to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners.
- Serve on the regional leadership team to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Ensure a customer-centric, results-oriented culture; encourage speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and learning.
- Apply in-depth clinical, access/reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel marketing knowledge.
- Use analytics to identify risk/opportunity and guide deployment of face-to-face, omni-channel, total office calls, and cross-functional resources.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years first-line sales manager experience; strategic thinking and enterprise mindset; experience leading geographically dispersed field teams.
- Proven ability to attract/develop/retain diverse talent and drive sales growth.
- Ability to lead cross-functional partnerships and execute strategy in complex multi-regional environments.
- Ability to manage field organizations through change/innovation/growth (highly valued).
- Live within territory or within 100 miles; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience leading teams into large practices/hospitals/IDNs/SoC customers; reimbursement knowledge (outpatient/payer and inpatient/DRG/Medicare).
