Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set and monitor KPIs and accountability cadence.
- Model leadership by setting clear expectations, enabling others to act, and continuously improving processes.
- Coach Territory Account Specialists to orchestrate total account calls by planning, deploying resources, communicating, and ensuring follow-through to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize customer experience and product demand.
- Contribute to regional leadership for goal setting, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Embed a customer-centric, high-performance culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and learning.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of clinical areas, access and reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel tools.
- Use analytics platforms to guide decisions and identify risk/opportunity, supporting strategic in-field and omni-channel execution.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years (ABL level) as a first-line sales manager with strategic/enterprise mindset in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex field sales environments).
- Demonstrated success building and retaining diverse, high-performing teams.
- Proven sales growth leadership, cross-functional partnership leadership, and strategic execution in complex multi-regional environments.
- Experience leading field organizations through change/innovation/growth (highly valued).
- Reside within territory or within 100 miles of the territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience leading teams promoting to large practices, hospitals, IDNs, and SoC customers; understanding reimbursement (out-patient/payer and in-patient/DRG, Medicare).
