Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a team of Territory Account Specialists to deliver strategic sales objectives; set and manage KPIs.
- Model leadership by setting clear expectations, promoting accountability, and improving processes.
- Monitor and mentor effective โ€œtotal account callโ€ execution by planning, communicating, and follow-through to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners.
- Participate in regional leadership to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Build a customer-centric, high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Use clinical, access/reimbursement expertise, territory management, and omni-channel tools to coach team members.
- Leverage analytics to identify risk/opportunity and optimize deployment of field and omni-channel resources.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 2+ years as a first-line sales manager; strong strategic thinking and enterprise mindset in complex/geographically dispersed sales environments.
- Proven success attracting/developing diverse talent and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to drive sales growth, lead cross-functional partnerships, and execute strategy in complex multi-regional settings.
- Candidate must reside in the territory (or within 100 miles) and travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience leading teams into large practices/hospitals/IDNs/SoC with reimbursement knowledge (outpatient and inpatient).

Compensation & Benefits (US-based eligible employees):
- Salary ranges: ABL I $145,600โ€“$270,400; ABL II $160,300โ€“$297,700; Senior ABL $176,400โ€“$327,600. Performance cash incentive; possible equity (level-dependent). Comprehensive health/life/disability benefits and 401(k) with match; time off.

Training:
- Complete initial training for field roles with a dedicated training period (home study; โ‰ค8 hours/day; โ‰ค40 hours/week).
