Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set KPI cadence and hold team accountable.
- Model leadership: set clear expectations, challenge the status quo, and optimize processes.
- Monitor and mentor to ensure effective โ€œtotal account callโ€ orchestration by planning, communicating, and following through to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize customer experience and product demand.
- Serve on the regional leadership team to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Build a hard-working, customer-centric culture where teams collaborate, experiment, and drive results.
- Use in-depth knowledge of clinical value, access and reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel tools; leverage analytics to identify risk/opportunity and guide resource deployment.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 2+ years as a first-line sales manager; strategic thinking and enterprise mindset.
- Leadership success attracting/developing/retaining diverse talent.
- Proven sales growth, cross-functional partnership, and strategic execution in complex multi-regional environments.
- Travel 60โ€“80%; reside within territory or within 100 miles of the border; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable:
- Experience leading teams promoting to large practices, hospitals, IDNs, and SoC customers; understanding reimbursement (outpatient and inpatient).

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity depending on level.
- Salary range: ABL I $145,600โ€“$270,400; ABL II $160,300โ€“$297,700; Senior ABL $176,400โ€“$327,600.
