Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a team of Territory Account Specialists to deliver strategic sales objectives; set and manage KPI/accountability cadence.
- Mentor the team on total account call effectiveness by coordinating resource deployment, planning, communication, and follow-through.
- Develop and cultivate customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize customer experience and product demand.
- Serve on the regional leadership team to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Lead a high-performance, customer-centric culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Use in-depth knowledge of clinical, access, and reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel marketing tools; leverage analytics to identify risk/opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 2+ yearsโ experience as a first-line sales manager with strategic thinking and an enterprise mindset.
- Leadership success attracting/developing diverse talent; proven sales growth and cross-functional partnership execution.
- Experience leading field organizations through change/innovation/growth (highly valued).
- Reside within the territory or within 100 miles of the border; travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
Desirable:
- Experience leading sales in promotions to large practices/hospitals/IDNs/SoC and reimbursement knowledge (outpatient and inpatient).
