Role Summary

Dermatology/Allergy Territory Business Manager - Philadelphia. The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization within a defined territory, developing relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
  • Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
  • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while adhering to regulations.
  • Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
  • Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
  • Navigate a changing healthcare environment with strategic thinking to gain access to customers.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
  • Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage with every member of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
  • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
  • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven roles; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
  • High sense of urgency and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel as required by the territory.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
