Role Summary

Dermatology/Allergy Territory Business Manager in Asheville, NC. Responsible for driving product awareness and utilization, achieving and exceeding sales initiatives, and developing relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
  • Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote products to healthcare professionals.
  • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while adhering to regulations.
  • Utilize knowledge of marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
  • Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
  • Navigate a changing healthcare environment with critical thinking to gain access to customers.
  • Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
  • Engage with every member of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
  • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
  • Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
  • High sense of urgency with regards to customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel as required by the territory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: 25% expected; territory includes Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC; candidate must reside within territory.
