Dermatology Access & Reimbursement Manager – Northern New Jersey

Role: The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a field-based professional supporting healthcare providers and accounts within an assigned geography to improve patient access to therapies through education, reimbursement support, and program implementation. Objectives include resolving reimbursement challenges, integrating patient support programs into workflows, and building relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders. Responsibilities encompass supporting coverage and billing processes, monitoring healthcare policy changes, facilitating patient assistance programs, and developing account-specific access plans. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Patient Support Services and working closely with providers, billing teams, and revenue cycle personnel across various healthcare settings. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or healthcare support roles, with expertise in specialty pharmacy channels, billing, coding, and buy-and-bill reimbursement pathways. Experience working with injection networks or physician-office therapies and extensive travel (60-80%) within the territory are essential. The role is remote/field-based, emphasizing local presence and driving.
