Dermatology Access & Reimbursement Manager – Northern New Jersey

Role: Field-based Access & Reimbursement Manager supporting patient access and healthcare provider education within assigned territories. Objectives: optimize reimbursement processes, resolve access challenges, and promote support programs to improve patient therapy initiation and adherence. Responsibilities: collaborate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and specialty pharmacies to support coverage, billing, prior authorization, and patient assistance; monitor healthcare policy trends; develop account-specific access strategies; and coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance patient experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in reimbursement, market access, managed care, or related healthcare roles; experience with specialty pharmacy products, injection networks, and buy-and-bill reimbursement pathways; and ability to travel 60-80% within the territory. Qualifications: strong knowledge of coding, billing, claims, and office-based patient support programs. High-Value: support for specialty biologics or other differentiated therapies, extensive field travel, and collaboration with multiple healthcare stakeholders. Work setup: remote and field-based, territory within 50 miles, with significant travel.
