Dermatology Access & Reimbursement Manager – Northern New Jersey

Role: Field-based Access & Reimbursement Manager supporting healthcare providers to optimize patient access to Novartis therapies. Responsibilities: deliver education on reimbursement, collaborate with providers and cross-functional teams to resolve access challenges, monitor healthcare policy changes, support patient assistance programs, develop account-specific access plans, and build stakeholder relationships across diverse healthcare settings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in reimbursement, market access, or healthcare support roles; experience with specialty pharmacy, coding, billing, and buy-and-bill pathways; knowledge of injection networks and provider-administered therapies. Preferred: experience in specialty pharmacy channels and managing access for biologics or injectable therapies.
