Demand Planner

Role: Demand Planner with strong S&OP experience to develop and execute product forecasts, partnering across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain. Responsibilities: create baseline forecasts using historical data and market trends; analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and product lifecycle impacts; support and participate in monthly S&OP meetings; identify forecast risks and opportunities, communicate insights, and ensure alignment with operational plans; maintain accurate planning data within ERP systems and monitor forecast performance metrics. Requirements: 4+ years in demand planning or supply chain forecasting; hands-on S&OP process support experience; proficiency with demand forecasting, forecast accuracy, and data analysis; working knowledge of ERP and demand planning systems; advanced Excel skills. Preferred: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields; experience with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning platforms (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.); SAP ECC experience, understanding of MRP, master data, and demand-to-supply processes; familiarity with Power BI or BI tools.
