Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) manages patient access and reimbursement support for PDPA and VFM products. Responsibilities include owning the entire patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, facilitating benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals, scheduling assessments, and program administration. The DCC acts as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, providing updates on reimbursement status and coverage issues. They coordinate with vendors, manage case documentation within Polaris, ensure compliance with safety and adverse event reporting, and maintain high-quality communication across stakeholders. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience, including a minimum of 6 months in access and reimbursement roles, with proficiency in Polaris CRM and benefit investigation processes. Preferred skills include experience with patient support programs, third-party vendor coordination, and handling specialty medication access pathways. High-Value biopharma specifics: role focuses on specialty medications in inflammation/immunology, supporting reimbursement strategies, patient access, and risk mitigation, with approximately 10-20% travel.
