Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) manages patient access support for PDPA and VFM products, owning the entire patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up. Responsibilities: serve as a subject-matter expert on reimbursement, benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals, appointment coordination, benefit verification, copay support, prescription triage, and case management; communicate with patients, providers, payers, and internal teams; ensure compliance and safety reporting; and maintain detailed case documentation within Polaris CRM. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. degree with at least 8+ years in customer-facing pharmaceutical roles; minimum 6 months experience in access and reimbursement, with proficiency in Polaris and knowledge of copay programs, insurance pathways, and specialty medication processes; strong communication, organizational, and compliance skills. High-Value: focus on specialty pharmaceuticals for immunology/inflammation, supporting patient access across insurance types (PBM and medical), with a remote work setup and approximately 10-20% travel. Collaboration: cross-functional engagement with HUB, medical, sales, and compliance teams. Work Setup: remote from home, Eastern Time Zone; travel required.
