Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) is a remote, patient-facing role responsible for managing patient access, reimbursement, and coverage support for prescribed PDPA and VFM products. Objectives include ownership of the entire patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, ensuring seamless access and benefits verification. Responsibilities encompass conducting benefits investigations, coordinating appointments and assessments, administering copay and interim care programs, triaging prescriptions, and maintaining detailed case documentation within Polaris systems. The role requires acting as a primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, providing education on reimbursement and coverage issues, and ensuring compliance with safety reporting and regulatory standards. The DCC collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to resolve case issues, facilitate approvals, and support patient navigation through complex insurance pathways. Qualifications include a B.S./B.A. degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience, with at least 6 months in access and reimbursement roles working with Polaris CRM. Preferred skills involve experience with HUB programs, encrypted communication platforms, third-party vendors, and specialty medication logistics. Key biopharma specifics involve specialty pharmaceuticals, complex reimbursement pathways, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Travel requirements are approximately 10-20%, and the position is based in the Eastern time zone, with remote work setup.
