Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) supports patient access to PDPA and VFM products through end-to-end case management. Responsibilities: own patient cases from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up, serve as the primary contact for reimbursement and access issues, conduct benefits investigations, coordinate appointments and assessments, manage copay and interim care programs, triage prescriptions, and ensure compliance and safety reporting. Requirements: B.S./B.A. degree with 8+ years of pharma experience in customer-facing roles; minimum 6 months in access/reimbursement roles with Polaris CRM proficiency; strong knowledge of benefits verification, prior authorization, copay programs, and specialty pharmaceuticals; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to handle high case volume (~20 days per case), with 10-20% travel. Preferred: experience with HUBs, encrypted email platforms, third-party vendor coordination, and interim care programs. High-Value: focus on patient access in the immunology/inflammation space, supporting prescribed biologics or small molecules, with an emphasis on reimbursement pathways, specialty pharmacy operations, and compliance. Work setup: remote from the Eastern time zone, with travel as needed.
