Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) manages patient access and reimbursement support for prescribed PDPA and VFM products in a field-based, non-promotional capacity. Objectives include owning the end-to-end patient journey, from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up, and serving as a subject-matter expert on coverage, benefits investigation, and financial navigation. Responsibilities encompass case management, benefits verification, prior authorization, appointment coordination, copay and voucher administration, prescription fulfillment, and compliance reporting. The role requires handling approximately 20 concurrent cases, maintaining detailed documentation, and coordinating with patients, providers, payers, and internal teams. Qualifications include a B.S./B.A., 8+ years in pharma or related customer-facing roles, with specific experience in access, reimbursement, and familiarity with Polaris CRM, benefit investigation, prior authorization, and copay programs. Preferred skills involve excellent communication, relationship-building, and understanding of specialty pharma, patient journeys, and compliance standards.
