Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) is responsible for managing patient access and reimbursement support for PDPA and VFM products. Core duties include owning the entire patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, serving as a primary contact for patients and healthcare providers regarding coverage status, and coordinating benefits investigation, prior authorization, and appeals. The role also involves scheduling assessments, managing program administration such as vouchers and copays, and overseeing prescription fulfillment and follow-up. The DCC ensures compliance with safety reporting, operates within regulatory standards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams including HUB partners, vendors, and internal colleagues. Qualifications include a B.S./B.A. and 8+ years in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles, with at least 6 months experience in access and reimbursement, proficiency in Polaris CRM, and direct payer interaction expertise. Preferred skills include experience with patient support programs, third-party vendors, and specialty pharma logistics. The role is remote, centered in the Eastern Time Zone, with approximately 10-20% travel.
