Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) is a remote, patient-facing role managing access, reimbursement, and coverage for PDPA and VFM products. Responsibilities encompass case ownership, benefits verification, prior authorization, appointment coordination, copay and voucher management, prescription triage, and ongoing follow-up. The role requires comprehensive documentation in Polaris, communication with patients, providers, and payers, and compliance with safety and adverse event reporting standards. Qualifications include a B.S./B.A. with 8+ years in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles, with at least 6 months experience in access and reimbursement, proficiency in Polaris, and knowledge of benefit investigation, copay programs, and specialty medication processes. Preferred skills include experience with HUB operations, encrypted email platforms, third-party vendor coordination, and interim care programs.
