Core responsibilities involve case ownership, benefits investigation, prior authorization support, appointment coordination, program administration, prescription triage, and ongoing follow-up, while ensuring compliance and safety reporting. Qualifications: B.S./B.A., 8+ years in customer-facing pharma roles; minimum 6 months experience with access, reimbursement, Polaris CRM, and benefit verification; strong knowledge of specialty medication reimbursement pathways, copay programs, and specialty pharmacy logistics. Preferred skills include experience with HUB operations, Docusign, encrypted communication platforms, and third-party vendor coordination.
