Dedicated Case Coordinator Carolinas

Role: Inflammation and Immunology Case Coordinator supporting patient access and reimbursement for PDPA and VFM products. Responsibilities: manage the entire patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up; serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and HCPs regarding reimbursement, coverage, and access; conduct benefits investigations, verify insurance, facilitate prior authorizations, coordinate assessments, and administer copay and interim care programs; handle prescription triage, fulfillment, and ongoing follow-up; manage case documentation and system updates; ensure compliance with safety reporting and confidentiality standards; collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party vendors. Requirements: B.S./B.A. with 8+ years in pharma or related customer-facing roles; minimum 6 months experience with access and reimbursement functions, Polaris CRM, and direct payer communication; proficient in benefit verification, prior authorization, copay programs, and specialty medication pathways; strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills; ability to handle high case volume, work remotely, and travel up to 20%. Preferred: experience with HUB operations, encrypted email platforms, Docusign, and specialty pharmacy logistics; familiarity with patient support programs including interim care and bridge programs.
