Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) is a remote, field-based position responsible for managing patient access programs for PDPA and VFM products. Primary objectives include owning end-to-end case management—from enrollment through post-fill follow-up—and supporting patients and healthcare providers with reimbursement, access, and coverage issues. Responsibilities encompass conducting benefits investigations, verifying insurance coverage, handling prior authorizations and appeals, coordinating appointments and assessments, administering copay and interim care programs, and ensuring compliance with safety reporting and confidentiality standards. The role requires 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 6 months in access and reimbursement, familiarity with Polaris CRM, and direct payer communication skills. Knowledge of specialty medication pathways, copay maximizers, and interim care programs is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with HUBs, encrypted email platforms, and third-party vendor coordination. The role demands excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and critical thinking skills, along with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in the biopharma space. The position involves approximately 10-20% travel and is aligned with the Eastern Time Zone. It offers a competitive salary range, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, emphasizing patient-centric support within the inflammation and immunology therapeutic areas.
