Role: Patient Access & Reimbursement Coordinator supporting inflammation and immunology therapies, owning case management from enrollment through follow-up. Responsibilities: serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers; conduct benefits investigations, verify coverage, and manage prior authorization & appeals; coordinate appointments, assessments, and program administration; triage prescriptions and ensure ongoing follow-up; manage case documentation in Polaris, ensure compliance, report adverse events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: B.S./B.A. degree; 8+ years in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles; minimum 6 months experience with access, reimbursement, Polaris CRM, and benefit verification; strong knowledge of specialty medication access programs, co-pay assistance, and payer systems; excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle high case volume (~20 days per case). Nice-to-Haves: HUB experience, knowledge of Kite works, Docusign, and third-party vendor coordination; familiarity with interim care and pharmacy benefit pathways.
