Role: Patient Access Coordinator supporting inflammation and immunology therapies, managing end-to-end patient cases related to reimbursement and coverage. Responsibilities: own 100% of assigned cases, serve as primary contact for patients and providers, conduct benefits investigation, manage prior authorizations, coordinate appointments and assessments, administer copay and interim care programs, triage prescriptions, maintain case records in Polaris, ensure compliance with safety and adverse event reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient access. Requirements: B.S./B.A. with 8+ years in pharma or healthcare, minimum 6 months experience in access and reimbursement roles, proficiency in Polaris CRM, strong communication skills, and knowledge of specialty medications, copay programs, and payer processes. Nice-to-Haves: HUB experience, familiarity with encrypted email platforms (e.g., Kite works), third-party vendor coordination, and support for interim or bridge programs. High-Value: Focus on biologics or specialty drugs for immunology, with extensive patient journey ownership, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional teamwork.
