Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) is a field-based, non-promotional role supporting patient access to PDPA and VFM products. Responsibilities: own and manage the entire patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, including benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals, appointment coordination, copay support, prescription triage, and ongoing follow-up. Serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, providing education on reimbursement, access, and coverage while maintaining case documentation in Polaris. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth case progression, compliance, and adverse event reporting. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. with 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience; minimum 6 months in access/reimbursement roles with Polaris system proficiency. Must demonstrate experience in benefits verification, payer communication, prior authorization, and copay programs. High-value specifics: supporting access for specialty medications (PDPA, VFM), engaging with payers and providers, managing complex patient cases, and working within regulatory and compliance standards. Work setup: Remote from home, with 10-20% travel; based on Eastern Time Zone.
