Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) manages patient access to PDPA and VFM products post-prescription, owning the entire patient journey from enrollment to follow-up. Responsibilities include benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals support, appointment coordination, and post-fill follow-up, while serving as the primary contact for patients and healthcare providers regarding reimbursement and access issues. The DCC also oversees voucher management, copay support, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety reporting protocols. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. degree with 8+ years of pharma or related experience; minimum 6 months in access and reimbursement roles with proficiency in Polaris CRM; strong communication skills and experience with payer interactions, benefits verification, and copay programs. Preferred: experience with HUB, encrypted email systems, Docusign, and specialty pharmacy logistics; knowledge of specialty pharmaceuticals, patient journeys, and FDA regulations. High-Value: focus on biologics or specialty medications in immunology/inflammation, remote/hybrid work setup, travel of 10β20%, and a senior-level expectation of case ownership across complex, multi-stage patient access processes.
