Dedicated Care Coordinator Mountain

Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) manages patient access and reimbursement processes for prescribed PDPA and VFM products in a field-based, non-promotional role. Objectives include owning end-to-end case management, supporting patient and healthcare provider education on coverage issues, and facilitating benefits verification, prior authorization, appeals, appointment coordination, and post-fill follow-up. Responsibilities encompass conducting benefits investigations, verifying insurance coverage, coordinating testing and assessments, administering copay and interim care programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and adverse event reporting standards. The role requires 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 6 months in access and reimbursement, proficiency with Polaris CRM, and knowledge of specialty medication pathways, copay programs, and payer processes. Preferred experience includes HUB operations, patient-facing roles, and familiarity with encrypted communication tools like Kite works and Docusign. The position involves remote work with 10-20% travel, primarily within Mountain Time Zone, and reports to internal cross-functional teams.
