Dedicated Care Coordinator Mountain

Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) is responsible for managing patient access programs for PDPA and VFM products, owning the entire patient journey from enrollment through post-fill follow-up. Responsibilities include benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals support, appointment coordination, copay and voucher management, and ongoing case follow-up. The role serves as a subject-matter expert on reimbursement, coverage, and access issues, providing education to patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance across all interactions. The DCC manages multiple cases in a remote setting, requiring detailed documentation, system management (Polaris, Docusign, encrypted email), and collaboration with HUB partners, payers, providers, and internal teams. They also handle adverse event reporting and operate within strict compliance and confidentiality standards. Qualifications include a B.S./B.A. degree and at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in access and reimbursement using Polaris CRM. Preferred skills encompass experience with HUB operations, benefit verification, copay programs, and specialty medication access pathways, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role is remote, based in the Mountain Time Zone, with 10-20% travel. Compensation ranges from $162,900 to $271,500 annually, plus performance bonuses and benefits, supporting the delivery of patient-centric access solutions within biopharma's immunology space.
