Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) manages patient access to PDPA and VFM products, owning the entire patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up. Responsibilities: serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers; conduct benefits investigation, verification, and prior authorization; coordinate appointments and baseline assessments; administer copay and voucher programs; triage prescriptions; and ensure compliance in communication and adverse event reporting. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. degree; 8+ years in pharmaceutical customer-facing roles; minimum 6 months experience with access, reimbursement, and Polaris CRM; strong knowledge of benefits investigation, insurance pathways, copay programs, and specialty pharmaceuticals; proficient in Polaris system use. High-Value: focus on immunology, biologics or specialty medications, with extensive patient and provider interaction, and experience in benefit verification, copay support, and compliance. Work Setup: Remote, based in Mountain Time Zone; 10-20% travel expected.
