Role: Field-based Case Coordinator supporting patient access to Pfizer's PDPA and VFM products in inflammation and immunology. Objectives: manage entire patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up, ensuring reimbursement, access, and coverage support. Responsibilities: own case management, conduct benefits investigation, facilitate prior authorizations, coordinate assessments, and administer copay/voucher programs; liaise with patients, providers, payers, and vendors; ensure compliance and safety reporting. Requirements: B.S./B.A. degree; 8+ years in pharmaceutical customer-facing roles; minimum 6 months experience with access/reimbursement, Polaris CRM system proficiency; strong communication skills; knowledge of specialty medication reimbursement pathways, copay programs, and insurance processes. Preferred: experience in patient access support, HUB operations, and with tools like Docusign or encrypted email platforms; ability to travel ~10-20%. High-value: focus on biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals in immunology, with complex reimbursement landscapes; role involves high-volume case ownership and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: remote in Mountain Time Zone, with travel. The position offers a competitive salary range of $162,900 to $271,500, along with bonus, benefits, and retirement plans.
