Role: The Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) is a remote, field-based position responsible for managing patient access and reimbursement support for PDPA and VFM products. Objectives include owning the complete patient journey—from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up—and serving as a subject-matter expert on reimbursement, coverage, and access issues. Responsibilities encompass case ownership, conducting benefits investigations, coordinating appointments and assessments, administering copay and interim care programs, triaging prescriptions, and maintaining detailed case documentation. The DCC also reports adverse events, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborates cross-functionally with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to optimize patient access. Qualifications require a B.S./B.A., 8+ years of pharma experience with at least 6 months in access and reimbursement roles involving Polaris CRM, along with proficiency in case management, payer interactions, and benefits verification. Preferred skills include experience with HUB operations, encrypted communication platforms, and specialty pharmacy logistics, especially in the context of immunology and inflammatory diseases. The role involves approximately 10-20% travel within the Mountain Time Zone and adheres to strict compliance and confidentiality standards, with a focus on patient-centric, regulatory-compliant communication.
