Role Summary

DD&T Customer 360 Product Owner located in Exton, PA. Up to 60% remote work; up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement Customer 360 product strategic engagement vision across U.S. stakeholders leveraging data, digital, and technology.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders across all U.S. business units to understand customer engagement strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for launching and scaling the USBU Customer 360 Data Product providing all interaction data as an integrated view for USBU and enterprise consumers.
  • Take accountability for engagement data in the company ecosystem, enforcing operating model with external providers and internal process and system owners.
  • Improve and deliver trusted, high-quality customer data to consuming systems for execution and analytics.
  • Drive implementation and ongoing operations of data quality for the product, establishing confidence and awareness.
  • Govern interaction data across data domains via common frameworks and tools; serve as the central point of contact to data consumers.
  • Support Insights & Analytics teams as data product customers to harmonize digital analytics and insights.
  • Collaborate on Omnichannel strategies and tactic enablement; work with Data, Digital & Technology partners and SMEs to exploit innovative customer data opportunities.
  • Liaise with change management SMEs to develop training or communication materials to propel change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Required: Masterโ€šร„รดs degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field, plus 4 years of related experience.
  • Required experience: implement HCP 360 (HCP Master) solution for Oncology brands by integrating pharma commercial datasets (IQVIA Claims, Customer data including HCPs, HCOs, Payers, Patients), Product, Sales, Activity (Veeva), and marketing data using Python, PySpark, AWS Cloud and Dataiku.
  • Required: implement HCP-focused omnichannel digital engagement solution with data engineering & ML pipelines using customer digital engagement data (Veeva, Adobe, Google Analytics, Banner Ads, Emails, media, social).
  • Required: implement data quality checks, develop reports to monitor data trends for ML models, and automate processes to optimize Omnichannel Product solutions.
  • Required: collaborate with Pharma commercial teams, vendors, and product teams (Model N) to support contracting, chargeback/rebate processing, and price reporting operations.
  • Required: partner with Model N product team to enhance platform features and prioritize improvements via change management using agile/waterfall methodologies.
  • Required: design and develop front-end interfaces, backend systems, data models, and data warehouse reporting solutions to integrate upstream and downstream systems using Informatica, Oracle, Tableau, and Python.
  • Required: experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharma commercial domain.
