Data Strategy Lead - Hybrid

Role: The CDSO Data Strategy Lead is a study start-up domain expert responsible for all data-related deliverables from protocol development through system go-live in clinical trials. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end data management for study start-up, collaborate cross-functionally to embed data standards and technologies, optimize processes with project management tools, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, influence without authority, and drive innovation initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related fields; 6+ years in pharma, clinical research, or data management, or 8+ years in project management; deep understanding of clinical trial processes, trial management, and clinical technology; proven leadership, influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
